Once you meet all eligibility requirements, you can register on the Project Zero page by clicking Get Started. You are asked to complete a 10-minute training session.
Step 2
Find and remove counterfeits
Access the self-service counterfeit removal tool by clicking Protect, then Project Zero from the Brand Registry top menu. You have access to the tool for every country-based store where your brand has an active, registered trademark linked to your Brand Registry account.
If you find a suspected counterfeit, we recommend that you make a test purchase to confirm the violation. Once confirmed, you can go back to the tool to remove individual offers or an entire product listing.

Track your removals
You can check the status of a counterfeit removal at any time by clicking Monitor, then Submission History from the Brand Registry main menu.

How does Amazon ensure brands make the right decisions when using Project Zero’s self-service counterfeit removal tool?
We provide brands with a whole new level of responsibility when they use the self-service tool for removing counterfeits. They must maintain an accuracy rate of at least 99% to maintain access to Project Zero. We have taken several measures to promote accuracy, including mandatory training in connection with Project Zero registration, as well as ongoing monitoring to prevent misuse.
Why am I not eligible for Project Zero if I have a 90% approval rate?
We determine eligibility by reviewing a user’s approval rating along with additional criteria to ensure that Project Zero is used responsibly. Although you may not be eligible yet, continue to use Report a Violation. We automatically invite you to register when you meet all the criteria.
