How do I start selling on Amazon?
Getting started selling on Amazon is very easy. To start selling with Amazon, you need to follow the steps below:
- First, choose your sales plan based on the number of products you think you will sell per month. We offer two different plans: individual or professional. We even have a simple 'Sell on Amazon Fee Calculator' to help you understand how much you can earn with the different plans when selling a certain number of products.
- The next step is to complete the registration process. This requires you to have an Amazon customer account or a business email, as well as your (or your company's) credit card details. You must also submit a valid, personal ID document (a passport copy or a personal ID card for example). If you run a business, you will also be allowed to submit a business license including your VAT registration number. Finally, you need to provide your phone number and bank account information.
- Once your registration is complete, you will gain access to your Seller Central account from where you can monitor your Amazon sales activities.
- Next, you need to make a list of your products by adding a productID, SKU, Product Name, Product Description, Product Images, and search terms and relevant keywords, as well as the cost of each product.
- Then you choose a delivery method, and make a so-called fulfilment selection, to ship the products to your customers.
- Now you are ready to start selling through Amazon.
