What are the requirements for Seller Fulfilled Prime?
To be eligible for Seller Fulfilled Prime, your business must meet the following Prime Program criteria that apply per product tier:
- Meet the delivery promise targets based on product tier and inventory location
- Meet a minimum of 90% on-time delivery rate
- Provide valid tracking rate for atleast 99% of shipments
- Have an order cancellation rate of less than or equal to 0.5%
- Offer Free Shipping and free returns for Prime members (some exceptions apply)
- Make your Prime enrolled products available nationwide
All offers enrolled in Prime will benefit from Amazon’s high-quality customer service support that will be provided at no additional cost.

What is the trial period?
Before your offers become Prime eligible with Seller Fulfilled Prime, you must complete a trial period to show that you are able to meet the requirements for Prime fulfillment excellence and customer satisfaction. The Prime badge will not be displayed on items enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime during the trial period. Once you successfully complete the trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime and your enrolled ASINs will display the Prime badge to customers subject to certain delivery speed thresholds.
